I offer culling as an additional service that can be requested and scheduled at the time of booking.
I appreciate that culling can be a time consuming and monotonous process for many photographers. outsourcing this task, like photo editing, offers the opportunity to save your valuable time.
With this service I ensure that final galleries are thoughtfully curated with storytelling in mind.

I have a simple file exchange system that is explained in full detail when you work with me. You will prepare catalogs for me in Lightroom classic and then upload them to me via a provided link.

Yes. I work in Lightroom Classic and require clients to also use the most up to date version of the program in order to avoid compatibility issues.

No! We will not be exchanging RAW files as they are too large. My file exchange system requires you to build Smart Previews in Lightroom Classic when you are preparing your catalog for me.
Smart Previews create a low resolution, fully editable preview version of your original RAW file.
It’s very easy to build smart previews. I explain how to do so in my step-by-step guide to importing and exporting files that you will have access to when working with me.

Digital anchors are a selection of images from your catalog that you pre-edit. Ideally, there should be an anchor image every time the situation or lighting changes for all lenses. You edit them in your style, exactly how you want them in the final gallery you deliver to your client.
Anchor images are reference points for me as your editor. They allow me to see exactly how you would edit an image for any given situation. I can then use these anchors to edit your entire catalog knowing I’m working to your editing preferences and in your aesthetic.
